At Edumantram - Test platform, we are committed to customer satisfaction. We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all our courses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date.

2. Refund Process

3. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase. The time required for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider and may take up to 14 business days.

4. Exceptions

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

• The refund request is made after the 7-day period
• There is evidence of fraud or abuse of the refund policy

• The user has downloaded or printed a significant amount of course materials
